I've had this phone for about a year and it freezes alot, drops it calls and also pops up every window it has like the internet then music player and pictures. I'm already wanting to buy a new phone all together. Never had as much problems with any other phone like I do with this one. LG is a good brand. I loved Nokia. Hate Samsung.

I'm waiting on Metro PCS to replace my phone for the 3rd time in less than 6 weeks. The first 2 phones wouldn't ring for all calls. This one won't lock, you have to continually push the back button to get to the home screen, it goes to web sites on its own. It makes phone calls by itself and will not lock the screen. It's a piece of CRAP phone and Metro PCS keeps replacing it with reconditioned (used) phones and refuses to give me either a refund of purchase price or offer a new phone or another brand of phone. I don't use the phone that much, but have to charge the battery daily.

I have had this phone about a month and I hate it. It constantly drops calls, and I never get internet reception. I know not to use my phone for an important conversation because I know the call will be dropped or the call will go in and out. This phone sucks and I'm sorry I purchased it.

MetroPCS needs to do better with their call quality; they have the worst service, I am not keeping this phone I hope I can give it to someone who doesn't mind paying for bad service.
